NON-METALIC CHAIN FLIGHT CHAIN FLIGHT SLUDGE COLLECTOR
Installed in the sedimentation basin of a sewage and wastewater treatment plant, it is a high-efficiency water treatment core facility that simultaneously transfers the sludge settled at the bottom to the front hopper and the scum floating to the top to the scum collector through two rows of chains and flights rotating in an endless orbit.

- Application of new material ‘PPA’ perfectly optimized for underwater environment We have overcome the fatal limitations of nylon, which loses up to 50% in strength when it absorbs moisture, and acetal, which stretches easily. PPA (polyphthalamide), a top-class high-performance engineering plastic, is adopted for the main chain, so no loss of strength or deformation occurs even when operated 24 hours a day in water or exposed to high levels of hydrogen sulfide gas in sewage.
- Double lifespan, innovative ‘DL (Double Life) sprocket’ A DL-type sprocket is used, which guarantees twice the lifespan of regular products. Chain breakaway accidents are completely prevented through the SAVE RIM structure, which prevents abnormal wear of the tooth teeth. The chain pin is designed with a steel-reinforced structure and a T-head locking method to prevent rotation and can easily withstand up to a shear force of 4,800 kgf.

Intelligent double safety device (meander and break detection)
If there is a problem or breakage in the chain, or if the flight is twisted (meandering), the proximity sensor immediately detects this, stops the operation of the facility, and sends a warning to the central monitoring panel to prevent major accidents and equipment damage.
